Hello,
The studio desk is set, the alcohol lamp is lit, and the locally sourced beeswax is warming up.
My workspace shifts from week to week, and I try to let my focus go wherever the creative process demands. Today, I am simply working on whatever project currently occupies my desk. It might be a deeply traditional folk pattern or a complex contemporary experiment—pysanky is a slow journey of fine lines that always requires a great deal of focus and persistence.
