This beautiful contemporary ostrich pysanka has been lovingly created in the traditional wax resist (batik) processs on a reall blown ostrich shell and enhanced with artist's inks for an antique appearance. It was sealed with a coate of archival artist's UV resistant crystal clear finish. Beeswax is locally sourced.Egg shells are sourced locally during the season. When unavailable in the area, the farmer is known.
